Vacheron Constantin (江诗丹顿) has launched a new Malte series watch to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the barrel-shaped wristwatch. It still retains the most iconic elements of complex-function wristwatches: the tourbillon.
Through the transparent crystal glass back, one can see the exquisite decorative craftsmanship of each component, including a large number of hand-cut corners. The processing procedures of the horizontal bridge of the tourbillon are often highly technical challenges, and it takes over 11 hours of manual processing to meet the strict polishing standards of Vacheron Constantin.
